A steamy, delicious, healthy, *easy* dinner.
Chicken: Steam spinach leaves. Crumble low fat feta. Slice a hole in the side of a chicken breast, and stuff the feta/spinach leaves in there and on a very low setting pan fry it (although, I think next time I would bake the chicken, as it was hard to get the inside of the chicken to cook).
Veggies: Steam your favourite ones
